Phil Schneider’s history with Overland Express goes back to the early 1980s, when he served as General Manager before purchasing the restaurant in 1984. Since then, Overland has continued serving great food and genuine Montana hospitality at 2250 11th Avenue.
Through the years, the kitchen has stayed true to the same principles: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and dishes made with real care — from our legendary Dragon Wings to slow-roasted prime rib and daily chef specials.
Overland Express has always been a family business through and through. Phil helped shape it into something special, and today his son Troy carries that tradition forward. Phil is still very much part of the Overland family — and if you know Overland, you know Tuesdays are the day to stop by and catch him.
